QuestionWhat are Emeritus classes?

AnswerThe Emeritus Institute was established as an educational opportunity for the pursuit and enhancement of lifelong learning, primarily for the older adult. Emeritus classes are offered at convenient off-campus sites in Community and Senior Centers, Churches, and Leisure World. The program provides courses of interest and value to older adults but interested college students of all ages are welcome to attend. Emeritus classes are offered solely for enrichment and do not meet certificate requirements, nor are they transferable to colleges or universities.
