Professor Rosenberg joined Saddleback College in Fall of 1990. Her responsibilities include teaching principles of microeconomics, U.S. social and economic history, and (occasionally) the Honors Program humanities series. She also serves as the Chair of the Political Science and Economics Department and Co-Chair of the Honors Program.

Prior to coming to Saddleback, Professor Rosenberg worked as a Research Fellow at the C. V. Starr Center for Applied Economics and as a research economist in various legal cases involving antitrust, patents, and other business issues. She has also taught on either a part-time or full-time basis at the University of Southern California, New York University, Dowling College (NY), Orange County (NY) Community College, Rockland County (NY) Community College, Long Island University, and the City University of New York. She also occasionally tended bar, which paid better.
