TEACHING EXPERIENCE
Allison joined Saddleback College in 2004.  Her responsibilities include teaching various Business and HR courses, as well as offering HR certificate courses through the Community Education Divisions at Santa Ana and Rancho Santiago Colleges.  She loves teaching and also teaches for the Chapman College MBA program, IVC and Fullerton Colleges.

WORK EXPERIENCE
Prior to joining Saddleback College, Allison worked in many capacities of human resources at various corporations, small and large.  Most recently she was VIce President of Human Resources and Administration at Toshiba, just prior to joining Saddleback College.  In addition to teaching she currently runs her own human resources consulting practice, specializing in conducting harassment and discrimination training and investigations as well as providing her clients with general HR support.
