Mr. Passarelli has been teaching at Saddleback College since 2011. His academic background includes an A.A. in General Science from Santa Monica College, a B.S. in Marine Biology from California State University Long Beach, and a M.S. in Biology, also from CSULB. Bruno’s graduate research focused on investigating the marine live bait trade in California as a potential vector for the introduction of non-indigenous species. He is currently an Adjunct Research Scientist at Cabrillo Marine Aquarium with a research focus on marine parasitology. At Saddleback College, Bruno has taught Introduction to Oceanography (Marine Science 20), Introduction to Biology (Biology 20), and Human Anatomy (Biology 11). This Fall he will be teaching Human Anatomy (Biology 11) and Marine Biology (Biology 19). He have also taught Marine Biology at Cypress College and laboratory sections of Invertebrate Zoology at California State University Long Beach. Bruno really enjoys teaching and working with students!
