She has taught a variety of courses focusing on early childhood curriculum. Over the last 13 years, Bernadette has had the opportunity to work with a wide range of age groups beginning from infancy to elementary to college level students. Bernadette currently holds an elementary teaching position in the Capistrano Unified School District. She has also participated in a variety of NAEYC conferences and workshops to keep abreast of current research in the field of early childhood. It is through her courses that she is able to share this knowledge with her students. In her spare time, Bernadette enjoys the outdoors, spending time with her family, reading, hiking, cooking, and surfing.
