I have been teaching communication courses since the mid-eighties and have been in the field since the mid-seventies --so that either makes me very "old" or I was a child genius! You decide... I have been (fairly) described as entertaining, intelligent, conscientious, and fun. I have also been described (also accurately) as rule-oriented, firm on class policies, and very decisive. If you take a course with me, you'll meet and get to know all of your classmates early on; you'll discover things about yourself you didn't know before; you'll learn about your strengths (and weaknesses) as a communicator in either Public Speaking or Interpersonal Communication; all while having a good time.
