Ed Lopez has been teaching political science since 2005.  Previously, he worked in the federal government as a legislative aide to a U.S. Senator and as a political appointee in a presidential administration.  He has published a number of articles on legal, constitutional, and public policy issues.

Mr. Lopez also teaches at Irvine Valley College and has previously taught at Fullerton College and at the Norco Campus of Riverside Community College.
