She has an AOS from the Culinary Institute of America, Hyde Park, NY and an AOS from Saddleback College with a Major in Nutrition. Mrs. Albo's work experience includes; Chef, Sous Chef, a catering company, event planning, Food and Beverage Director, Director of Banquets and Sales, consulting and teaching. She has been an instructor at Saddleback College for 19 years and has participated in the curriculum development of many the classes presently being offered in the Culinary Department.
