Joe Quinby joined Saddleback College in 1993 as an Adjunct Professor.  He has taught courses in Personal Law, Business Law and Legal Environment of Business during his time with the College.

Joe has practiced law in Orange County, California continuously since 1982.  He maintains a law office in Irvine, California.  His litigation practice includes complex business litigation and trials involving business disputes (corporations, partnerships and other entity disputes), and all aspects of contract, real estate, landlord-tenant, fraud, commercial, automobile dealership, franchise and employment matters.  His transactional and advisory practice includes real estate, business entities, employment and commercial  matters. 

In addition to teaching, Joe's other interests include swimming, cross-country skiing, mountaineering and bicycling.
