I have been teaching at Saddleback College since January 1977. I have taught every course in the Nursing Program. My major focus in teaching has been Gerontology, Advanced Medical Surgical Nursing, and Community Health Nursing. My passion in teaching is health promotion, disease prevention, and caring for the sick.

I am on the Saddleback College Foundation and the Senate-Cross-Cultural Studies Committee.

Prior to joining Saddleback College, I have worked as a staff nurse in Massachusetts and New York. I also have taught at Fullerton College and Santa Ana College.

I enjoy family, hiking, music, reading, and travel.
