Maureen K. Smith joined Saddleback College
in August, 2005 as an adjunct faculty member. Summer 2007, she left Saddleback
for a full time geography position at San Bernardino Valley College. In August
2008, Professor Smith returned to Saddleback College joining the staff as a
full time geography instructor. Her duties include teaching a variety of
geography courses including: Physical Geography Lecture and Laboratory,
Cultural Geography, World Regional Geography, and Geography Field Study
courses. Prior to joining Saddleback College's full time staff, Professor Smith
was an instructor at Cerritos College, Orange Coast College, Golden West
College, Glendale College, El Camino College, and Santa Ana College. Professor
Smith is currently Co-Department Chair of the Geography and G.I.S. department.
