Maureen K. Smith joined Saddleback College in August, 2005 as an adjunct faculty member. Summer 2007, she left Saddleback for a full time geography position at San Bernardino Valley College. In August 2008, Professor Smith returned to Saddleback College joining the staff as a full time geography instructor. Her duties include teaching a variety of geography courses including: Physical Geography Lecture and Laboratory, Cultural Geography, and World Regional Geography. Prior to joining Saddleback College's full time staff, Professor Smith was an instructor at Cerritos College, Orange Coast College, Golden West College, Glendale College, El Camino College, and Santa Ana College. In her spare time, Maureen enjoys biking, hiking, walking on the beach, gardening, cooking, and watching all sports; live and on TV. Especially baseball (go Dodgers & Cubs) and college basketball (go Heels!!!!).
