He originally earned his R.N. through the Saddleback College School of Nursing. Later he worked as a Registered Nurse in community based psychiatric and drug treatment programs prior to launching a career in education. Influenced and inspired by numerous community college professors he originally earned a teaching credential through UCLA after graduating from CSUF with a BA. Professor Henry began instructing Psychiatric Technician students at Saddleback in 1987. In more recent years he has enjoyed teaching in both the Medical Assistant and Emeritus Programs.
