Hi I am Rachel Ridnor and I joined the associate faculty of Saddleback College in Fall 2007.  I have previously taught at the University of California, Irvine, Orange Coast College, and Golden West College.  Currently I am teaching at Saddleback and Orange Coast College.

My Classroom

l use many unique activities in her classroom.  Such as doing social experiments, having change your mind debates, and etc. To show that sociology can be applied to daily life she uses popular media such as South Park, Lost, Heroes, and The Chapelle Show to illustrate sociological points.

In her spare time, she likes to hike, explore random places, travel, and read
