Sandra F. Kennedy is an applied anthropologist working mainly in the areas of tribal federal acknowledgment, education, and diversity training. She has an M.A. in Applied Anthropology from California State University, Long Beach (2004), and a B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Anthropology from California State University, Fullerton (1995). Her research experience includes: the federal acknowledgment case of the Little Shell Tribe of Chippewa Indians of Montana; research and evaluation of LA's BEST After School Enrichment Program (LAUSD); CDE statewide evaluation of after school programs with UCLA's National Center for Research on Evaluation, Standards, and Student Testing (CRESST); and the evaluation and implementation of diversity training programs for children and adults.
