In these ever changing fields of computer networking and security, I am committed to life-long learning in order to teach the latest technology. I realize that most people learn best through hands-on practice. That is why I emphasize hands-on projects along with offering internships.
I have been teaching at Saddleback College since 1998. I teach computer networking, information security, Cisco certification, and other classes.
In my spare time I:
1.) Own my own company that designs, installs, and troubleshoots computer networks.
2.) Perform data recovery, security functions, and computer forensics.
3.) Setup and perform surveillance sting operations.
4.) Too much more to list here.
I also am a member of InfraGard which partners with the FBI and Secret Service to work on national security concerns.
I am also a Security Specialist for a Disaster Medical Assistance Team-DMAT that is under HHS that is deployed to any type of disaster.
I am in the Orange County Sheriff Reserves High Tech Division.
I am also a "Certified Computer Crime Scene Technician."
The list continues-till another time.
Believe it or not, I still have a lot of time to spend with my family.
